This Disclaimer is issued by Farmonaut Inc. ("Farmonaut," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the United States of America, with its principal office at 200 Vesey Street, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10006, USA, and a registered office at 2810 N Church St, PMB 87609, Wilmington, Delaware 19709, USA. It governs your use of the website, mobile applications, APIs, software, data, and content that make up the Farmonaut Agriculture Platform and Farmonaut Mining Pro (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

Farmonaut does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any output generated by the Services, and does not guarantee that satellite imagery, derived indices, AI advisories, or Mineral Detection Data will be free of errors, gaps, or artifacts arising from cloud cover, sensor limitations, atmospheric interference, or processing constraints. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

All content, data, reports, and outputs made available through the Services are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional agronomic advice, professional geological advice, legal advice, financial or investment advice, or a recommendation to take or refrain from taking any action. You should seek advice from a qualified, independent professional — an agronomist, licensed geologist, financial advisor, or attorney, as applicable — before making any decision based on Farmonaut outputs.

Crop health indices (NDVI, EVI, LSWI, and related metrics), soil moisture and weather intelligence, yield estimates, and Jeevn AI advisories are generated from satellite remote sensing, third-party weather data, and modeled inferences. They are decision-support estimates, not measurements taken on your field.

• Satellite imagery availability depends on orbital revisit schedules, cloud cover, and atmospheric conditions, and may be delayed, unavailable, or degraded for a given field on a given date.
• Vegetation indices and derived crop-stress or pest/disease alerts are statistical inferences and may not detect every instance of stress, pest pressure, or disease, and may occasionally flag a healthy field as stressed (a false positive) or miss a genuine issue (a false negative).
• Jeevn AI advisories (sowing windows, irrigation, fertilizer, and pest guidance) are generated recommendations based on available satellite and weather data and historical patterns; they do not replace on-ground scouting, soil testing, or the judgment of a qualified agronomist.

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, satellite data providers, weather data sources, or other resources not operated by Farmonaut. We do not endorse, and assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of, any third-party content, data, or resource. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Farmonaut makes no representation or warranty that use of the Services will increase yield, improve profitability, identify a mineable deposit, secure financing, or achieve any other particular outcome. Any forward-looking statement, projection, or estimate provided through the Services is inherently uncertain and actual results may differ materially.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farmonaut and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, crop loss, exploration expenditure, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Services or any content, data, or information provided through them.

Farmonaut's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Farmonaut for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, consistent with our Terms of Service §18.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Farmonaut and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your use of the Services; your reliance on any content, data, or information provided through the Services; or your violation of this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, or our Privacy Policy.

This Disclaimer is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with the governing-law and dispute-resolution terms set out in our Terms of Service §22.

Farmonaut reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
