Who to contact about what
The contact form on this page goes to our sales team, and it's the quickest way to contact Farmonaut about a new project. Some requests have a better route, though. Support questions from existing users go faster as a ticket, mining projects need a boundary before we can price them, and a lot of farm plans can be bought online without talking to anyone. Here's where each kind of request should go.
Farm plans and agriculture sales
Most growers choose a plan themselves on the farm pricing page. Plans are priced by the area you monitor. Use the contact form and pick "Agriculture" if you run a plantation or agribusiness, manage many growers' fields, or want to talk about lending or insurance portfolios.
Mining quotes
Satellite mineral detection is quoted per project, based on the area, the target minerals and the report tier. Send your boundary through the mining quote form and we reply within one working day with the scope, price and timeline.
Partnerships and affiliates
Affiliates can sign up through the affiliate program pages, one for agriculture and one for mining. For white-label or reseller conversations (seven partners already run Farmonaut under their own brand), use the contact form and choose "Something else".
Agriculture data API
Start with the API documentation, which covers keys, endpoints, crop and language codes and a Postman workspace. If you're planning a large integration or need custom terms, send us a note through the form.
Technical support
If something in the web app, the mobile apps, a report or the API isn't working, open a ticket on the support page. You sign in with your Farmonaut account (or create one) to raise and follow a ticket.
Billing and subscriptions
Questions about an invoice, a plan change or a promo code that didn't apply also go through a support ticket, because we'll need to look at your account. Quotes for new projects stay with the contact form.
To have your account and personal data deleted, follow the steps on the data deletion page. We verify that you're the account holder before anything is removed.
After you send the form
What happens next
The form asks a few extra questions if you choose Mining (your role, target minerals, area, country and project funding), so we can scope the work before we call. Agriculture and general requests skip that step.
You get a confirmation
You'll see a "Message sent" screen as soon as the form goes through. After a few seconds the page takes you on to the Farmonaut app, so you can look around while you wait.
We read and route it
Someone on the team reads it and passes it to the right person, depending on whether it's about farming, mining, the API or a partnership.
We reply within 24 hours
By email, or by phone, text or WhatsApp if you agreed to that on the form. Those messages are only about your request.
Scope and price
For mining, the reply covers the scope, price and timeline. For other requests, it answers your question or suggests a call if we need more detail.
What to include when you ask about farm monitoring
Most of our first replies to farm enquiries are questions, because we can't recommend a plan or a setup without knowing what's being grown and where. If your first message already answers them, we can usually go straight to a recommendation. It helps to tell us:
- Where the farm is (the country and region are enough to start).
- The crops, and roughly when they're planted and harvested.
- The total area in acres or hectares, and how many separate fields or blocks it's split into.
- Whether you already have field boundaries as KML, KMZ or shapefiles. If you don't, that's fine, because fields can be drawn on the map in the web app.
- What you want to decide with the data: irrigation, fertilizer, pest scouting, yield forecasts, or reporting to a buyer or lender.
- Which language the field reports should be in, if it isn't English.
If you only have one or two fields, you don't need to contact us at all. Add a field in the web app and pick a plan; the first report comes after the next satellite pass. The satellite crop monitoring page explains what's in each report.
What to send with a mining quote request
We price mineral detection from three things: the size of the area, the minerals you're looking for, and whether you want a Premium or Premium+ report. The mining quote form asks for all three. A quote comes back faster if you also include:
- The license or claim boundary as a KML, KMZ or shapefile.
- The license number and its status, if it has been granted.
- Any work done on the ground so far, such as sampling, mapping, geophysics or old drill holes, and roughly where it was done.
- Your timeline, for example a drilling season or a deadline from a buyer or investor.
Delivery takes under 5 days from a usable boundary, and portfolios of several licenses are delivered in phases. What you receive are ranked Exploration Targets, meant to guide sampling and drilling ahead of a JORC or NI 43-101 resource estimate, not to replace one. You can read finished examples in our mining case studies, and the satellite mineral detection page describes both report tiers.
If your project needs a confidentiality agreement before you share the boundary, say so when you request the quote and raise it with our team before you send any files.
Writing a support ticket we can act on
The fastest tickets to solve are the ones we can reproduce. Before you open one on the support page, note down the email address on your Farmonaut account, the name of the field or project, and whether you were using the web app, the Android app or the iOS app. Then describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the screen or the error message saves a round of emails.
For report questions ("why does this field show stress?" or "why did the irrigation advice change?"), include the date of the report you're looking at. Satellite readings change from one pass to the next, so we need to look at the same image you saw.
API and integration questions
The agriculture data API documentation answers most technical questions: you send a field with your Bearer key and get back JSON with all 16 satellite views, their values and the field report. If a call fails, open a ticket with the endpoint, the field ID, the time of the request and the full error response. If you're still evaluating the API, use the contact form instead and tell us roughly how many acres or fields you expect to monitor and what your product does with the data, so we can suggest the right setup.
Billing, plan changes and discount codes
Billing questions go through a support ticket so we can check your account. Include the account email and, if it's about a payment, the date and amount. If an affiliate or partner gave you a referral code, apply it at checkout on the subscription page for 10% off. If the discount didn't show up, mention the code in your ticket. Current farm plans are on the pricing page.
Partnership and affiliate enquiries
Agronomists, consultants and agri businesses can join the agriculture affiliate program, which pays 20% of what referred users spend for every month they stay subscribed. Geologists and mining consultants apply to the mining affiliate program, where each application is reviewed by hand. Both programs have their own sign-up, so you don't need the contact form for them. For white-label, reseller, research or data partnerships, use the form, choose "Something else", and tell us who your customers are and what you'd like to offer them.
Lenders, insurers and large estates
Banks, insurers and agribusinesses usually want to look at many farms at once rather than one field, so these conversations start with the contact form. Tell us how many farms or policies you'd like to cover, the main crops and regions, and what you need the data for: checking a crop before a loan, estimating yield across a portfolio, or verifying a claim. Our crop loan and insurance page shows what's available, including farm-level risk profiles and checks on land and claim data.
Plantations and estates with field teams often pair crop monitoring with the Agro Admin app, which assigns tasks to staff and tracks whether they've been done. If that's part of your plan, mention the number of people in the field so we can include it in the conversation.
Universities and researchers
Farmonaut is used by 74 universities, colleges and schools in 20 countries, for teaching and for research on crops, water and land use. If you're planning a study or a course, use the contact form, choose "Something else", and describe the region, the crops or land cover you're studying, the period you need data for, and whether students will use the web app or the API.
Who you're getting in touch with
Farmonaut was founded in 2018 and builds satellite and AI tools for agriculture and mining. If you're checking us out before you write, these figures come from our own platform records.

Questions about contacting Farmonaut
What is the best way to contact Farmonaut?
Use the contact form on this page for new projects, quotes and partnerships. Existing users with a technical or billing question should open a ticket on the support page, and mining projects can go straight to the mining quote form.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We reply to contact form messages within 24 hours. Mining quote requests get a reply within one working day with the scope, price and timeline.
Does Farmonaut have a phone number?
Yes. Our US phone and WhatsApp numbers are listed in the footer of every page on farmonaut.com. For support, a ticket is usually faster because it keeps your account details and screenshots in one place.
Where is Farmonaut located?
Our site lists two US addresses: Farmonaut / Yuple Inc., 200 Vesey Street, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10006, and 2810 N Church St PMB 87609, Wilmington, Delaware 19709. The team works with customers in many countries, so most conversations happen by email, phone or video call.
How do I get technical support for the app?
Open a ticket on the support page, signing in with your Farmonaut account. Include the field name, the app or browser you were using, and a screenshot of the problem.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Open a support ticket from the account that holds the subscription and tell us what you'd like to change. Billing questions such as invoices and plan changes are handled there, not through the contact form.
Can I get a quote before I sign up?
Yes. Farm plans and their prices are on the farm pricing page. Mining projects, large estates, lenders and insurers can ask for a quote through this page or the mining quote form.
Is Farmonaut a legitimate company?
Farmonaut was founded in 2018 and has more than 200,000 farmers on its platform, along with 194 businesses in 47 countries. Independent research papers that name Farmonaut can be found on Google Scholar, and customer write-ups are on our case studies page.
Who do I talk to about Mining Pro?
Mining Pro is the browser-based software where your mineral detection results open in 2D, 3D and as a block model. Questions about a new project go through the mining quote form, and problems with an existing project go to the support page. The free 16-chapter Mining Pro video course on YouTube walks through each tool.
How do I ask Farmonaut to delete my data?
Follow the steps on the data deletion page. We confirm that the request comes from the account holder before deleting the account and the data linked to it.
Already know what you need?
Go straight to the right place: a quote for a mining license, a ticket for the support team, or the farm plans.
